We use concepts from the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM):
NARM, developed by Dr. Laurence Heller, is a body-centered approach designed to address the impacts of developmental trauma. Instead of rehashing the past, NARM focuses on present-moment sensations, emotions, and beliefs stemming from those earlier experiences. Our sessions will help you identify and release negative patterns and limitations that are holding you back. We’ll use NARM principles to uncover your authentic self and promote healing, enhancing your capacity for fulfillment. Note: This approach complements but does not replace psychotherapy.
